“My life will be different now because I have a set of skills that helps equip people to experience transformation in their own life.”
Woodly Zacek – Pastor, Redeeming Love Fellowship
Is that great or what? To be able to have tools to help people “experience transformation” but not feel like you need to pull a rabbit out of a hat to make things better for them.
Helping them connect with God’s intentions for them, their preferred future, is at the very core of coaching.
How about another?
I was interested in learning more about coaching because I wanted to improve my own listening and question asking skills. I also desire to help facilitate change and help people realize they have what it takes to be successful. Now that I have taken training my life will be different because I don’t have to have people coming to me for answers, but realize that they have solutions inside of them already.

(the largest Business and Industrial Products and Services company in the world)
Those solutions Tariq was talking about are from the Holy Spirit. God always offers a plan, and when we take on the burden of trying to decide what people should do or to make things right or better for them we carry a load that He never intended.
God wants to walk with us in our real life stuff and be the hero in our story. Coach training helps you connect people with what God is saying and doing in their lives.
As a result of taking time to focus in this area I feel challenged to remain focused on coaching throughout my life, for I know it will be a sustainer for me in ministry and life.

Leaders of all ages and many different roles are receiving release from performance pressure and trading it in for the treasure hunt of helping people delve into where God is moving in their lives.
God always has a next for each of us.
We are never really stuck unless we chose to be.
Divine adventure awaits.
Coach training gives you the tools you need to walk with people. As they learn to own their own lives and understand God’s heart for them, they can move forward in confidence!
One more quote. This one from my all time FAVORITE trainee.
Coach training has taught me to spend more time listening to the people who come to me and to ask more open questions. I want to tap into what God is doing in their lives. If I don’t ask good questions, listen well and observe what God is doing, I’ll miss an opportunity for quality ministry.
Eric Scott, Care Pastor, Elim Gospel Church
